The process
1. Consultation
We begin with a personalised consultation to understand your desired length, thickness and colour. Your extensions are carefully colour matched to your natural hair, and we can blend multiple shades for a more dimensional, natural finish. Custom toning and root melts can also be included to achieve your ideal look.
2. We order your hair
Once your colour and length are confirmed, we order your hair and book your installation appointment. A deposit is required at this stage.
3. Installation day
Please arrive with freshly washed hair and no conditioner. From there, we take care of everything. Each bond is applied individually, then the hair is cut and styled to blend seamlessly with your natural hair.
Keratin bond hair extension aftercare
Proper aftercare is essential to keep your keratin bond extensions looking smooth, natural and long-lasting.
Washing
When washing your hair, use a gentle, sulphate-free shampoo and avoid applying conditioner directly onto the bonds.
Conditioning
Focus conditioner through the mid-lengths and ends to maintain softness without weakening the bonds. Always wash in a downward motion and avoid scrubbing at the roots to prevent tangling.
Brushing
Brushing is key to keeping your extensions in good condition. Use a soft bristle or extension-safe brush at least twice daily. Start from the ends and gently work your way up, supporting the roots to avoid placing tension on the bonds.
Styling
When styling, always use a heat protectant. You can curl or straighten your hair as normal, but avoid applying direct heat to the keratin bonds themselves.
Sleeping
Before bed, loosely braid your hair or tie it in a low ponytail to prevent tangling. Sleeping on a silk or satin pillowcase will also help reduce friction and keep your hair smooth.
