* We require a minimum of 72 hours notice for any changes to booked services. Please note that any services cancelled on the day of the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the service cost. For example, if you decide not to have a cut on the day of your appointment but had one booked, the 50% fee will still apply. We reserve time specifically for your individual services, and last-minute cancellations result in lost revenue and missed opportunities for other bookings.
* Our goal at SANDY is for you to leave satisfied. While we don’t offer refunds, we provide a 7 day window make any adjustments to your cut and colour.
