*Please note that there is a transaction fee associated with all card transactions, which varies based on your card type. These fees are charged directly by our merchant, Commonwealth Bank. Cash transactions do not incur any charges.

Please note that all online bookings must agree to our booking policies before confirmation. For phone bookings, our team will read the policy and request confirmation of agreement.
* Prices listed are a basic guideline and not to be considered exact quotes. Should you require a specific quote, please contact us to schedule a consultation appointment with one of our stylists.
* We require a minimum of 72 hours notice for any changes to booked services. Please note that any services cancelled with in the 72 hours will incur a 50% charge of the service cost. For example, if you decide not to have a cut on the day of your appointment but had one booked, the 50% fee will still apply. We reserve time specifically for your individual services, and last-minute cancellations result in lost revenue and missed opportunities for other bookings.
* Our goal at SANDY is for you to leave satisfied. While we don’t offer refunds, we provide a 7 day window make any adjustments to your cut and colour.
