Founder & Creative Director of SANDY
With a career spanning over two decades, Angela is the visionary behind SANDY and a respected leader in the Australian hair industry. She has built SANDY into a salon that blends luxury, beautiful hair, and heart.
Before launching SANDY, Angela worked as a brand educator for Wella Australia, sharing her expertise with stylists across the country. Her career highlights include working behind the scenes at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week and most recently, winning at the L’Oréal Colour Trophy, one of the most prestigious accolades in the industry.
Today, Angela splits her time between the salon floor—where her loyal clientele book weeks in advance—and steering the business behind the scenes. She is deeply committed to mentoring her team, elevating their skills, and continuing to evolve the SANDY brand with intention.

With over 15 years of experience, Emma began her career in Finland before taking her craft across Europe and beyond. She has travelled internationally with Goldwell, worked backstage at Fashion Week, and performed live on stage at industry hair shows building a strong reputation for her technical knowledge, creativity, and calm confidence.
Emma specialises in, lived-in blondes and dimensional highlights that feel effortless and elevated.
Clients love her grounded energy, attention to detail, and thoughtful consultation style. Whether you’re after a subtle refresh or a full transformation, Emma brings a personalised, expertise to every appointment.

With over 30 years of experience, Caroline brings quiet confidence, and ease to every appointment. A highly skilled cutting specialist, she’s known for her work with short hair, face-framing shapes, and styles that grow out beautifully.
Before joining SANDY, Caroline ran her own successful salon an experience that’s shaped her professional, approach and her deep understanding of client care.
She’s also a talented colourist, with a love for creating natural, lived-in blondes, soft grey coverage, and tones that feel effortless and flattering. Her work is all about enhancing what’s already there, and making hair look and feel better with every visit.

Summer is one of our apprentices at SANDY and is currently progressing through her Kérastase training, learning all things treatment, scalp care, and professional product knowledge.
She brings warm, bubbly energy to the salon and is now taking blow-dry clients and select services at a discounted rate as she grows her hands-on experience.
With a great eye for detail and a gentle approach, Summer is passionate about giving clients a great experience and is always eager to keep learning and growing behind the chair

Bree is one of our dedicated apprentices at SANDY and is currently completing her Kérastase training, building strong foundations in hair health, scalp care, and treatment systems.
She’s calm, focused, and takes real pride in creating a welcoming experience for every client. Bree is now taking blow-dry clients and select services at a discounted rate as she continues to refine her skills on the floor.

Keely is both our Operations Manager and Salon Coordinator, she’s the calm, organised presence that keeps everything running smoothly. Whether you’re calling the salon, arriving for your appointment, or needing help with bookings or services, Keely is your go-to.
With a background in beauty therapy, she brings industry knowledge and a deep care for client wellbeing. Her passion lies in supporting both clients and the team, ensuring every part of your SANDY experience feels thoughtful, polished, and stress-free.
Known for her warm nature and attention to detail, Keely is always happy to answer questions, handle requests, and make sure you feel welcomed and looked after—every step of the way.
