With a career spanning over two decades, Angela is the visionary behind SANDY and a respected leader in the Australian hair industry. She has built SANDY into a salon that blends luxury, beautiful hair, and heart.
Before launching SANDY, Angela worked as a brand educator for Wella Australia, sharing her expertise with stylists across the country. Her career highlights include working behind the scenes at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week and most recently, winning at the L’Oréal Colour Trophy, one of the most prestigious accolades in the industry.
Today, Angela splits her time between the salon floor where her loyal clientele book months in advance and steering the business behind the scenes. She is deeply committed to mentoring her team, elevating their skills, and continuing to evolve the SANDY brand with intention.

With over 15 years of experience, Emma began her career in Finland before taking her craft across Europe. She has travelled internationally with Goldwell, worked backstage at Fashion Week, and completed her Master Colour certification, cementing her reputation as a highly skilled colourist with a refined, technical approach.
Emma specialises in lived-in blondes and dimensional highlights that feel effortless, elevated, and beautifully considered.
Alongside her colour expertise, Emma is also an expert in K-Tip and Tape hair extensions, creating seamless, natural-looking results that enhance shape and movement without compromising the integrity of the hair.

Originally from the UK, Lis brings over 20 years of experience to SANDY. Having owned her own Salon, Lis is Vidal Sassoon Trained, a Master Colourist, Extension Expert and a qualified Certificate IV Educator.
Fun, outgoing, and full of energy, Lis has a way of making everyone feel instantly welcome. Her warm personality, infectious laugh, and genuine care for her clients make every appointment feel like a catch up with a good friend.
Lis loves creating beautiful blondes, her extensive experience means she’s confident in all areas of hairdressing, from precision cutting to complete transformations.
As SANDY’s in house educator Lis is passionate about mentoring our team and sharing her knowledge she has built through out her career.

Sofia is our Marketing Manager and Salon Coordinator, the bright, organised presence who keeps everything at SANDY running seamlessly. From managing our marketing and communications to overseeing the daily flow of the salon, she plays a key role in creating the SANDY experience behind the scenes and at the front desk.
Whether you’re calling the salon, arriving for your appointment, or needing support with bookings, services, or recommendations, Sofia is your go-to. Known for her calm efficiency, friendly nature, and attention to detail, she ensures every client interaction feels considered, smooth, and well looked after.
